I spent the week researching, shopping for, buying and planting big flower planters for the workshop

On wed I went with Leigh Anne to Walmart and Bambaars to look at mulch and soil and flowers. We got our budget and started shopping!

We got soil and mulch and pots at Walmart on Wed.

On Thursday we designed our planters and purchased our flowers. We chose yellow yarrow, yellow mums, purple geraniums, dark pink verbena and the most beautiful peachy/purple-y daisies. Daisies were Tia’s favorite flower. We planted daisy seeds in the pots around the edges, so soon …. there will be white daisies too.

Several people worked together to make it nice.

Today I brought my bird feeder like Nellie asked me to. Isn’t it lovely ?
